General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of MGC3D – Xavier Gesset, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, and of any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the website www.mgc3d.fr, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Products and availability
The products offered are those displayed on the website www.mgc3d.fr, subject to availability.
Every effort is made to describe each product as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may exist between the photographs shown and the actual product.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will automatically receive a refund.
4. Prices
The prices displayed are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the prices applicable at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The Customer confirms their order by clicking the “Order” button and completing the payment process.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous payment dispute or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Purchases may be paid for by bank card, PayPal, or any other secure payment method offered on the website.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
Transactions are secured by a payment service provider that complies with applicable standards, including SSL encryption.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer may contact the Seller at xgesset@gmail.com for further information.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to xgesset@gmail.com, stating the order number.
Products must be returned complete and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error by the Seller.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
9. Legal guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code and by the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.

10. Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
In all cases, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to the total amount of the relevant order.
11. Intellectual property
All elements of the website www.mgc3d.fr, including texts, images, logos, graphics, and other content, are the exclusive property of the Seller and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
12. Personal data
The information collected when an order is placed is necessary for processing and managing the order.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, the Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting xgesset@gmail.com.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact the Seller in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution.
Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be referred to the competent French courts.
